Please note that in case of a power failure or load shedding, please refrain from using the Cash Connect device (cash vault). If there is money in your device at the time of a power failure, please leave the money in the vault. When the power is restored, you can proceed using the device and run your business as usual.
If your device is connected to an unlimited power supply (generator), please continue using your cash vault, seeing that the power failure will not affect your business.
